When my favourite French biscuit was turned into a spread I was overjoyed. When "Speculoos á tartiner" crossed the channel, it became a sensation under the new name of Lotus Biscoff. Naturally, it was my first choice of flavour for The Cornucopia’s new fabulously fudgey triple chocolate brownies!

 

These dense and deliciously decadent treats are crammed with dark, milk and white chocolate chunks, liberally laden with speculoos spread and topped with a crunchy caramelised biscuit.
